Registration (RMP)
Eligibility:Candidates who have completed a Diploma /Degree course from any authorise institution or prossess at least three years experience in alternative medicine can apply for Registration (RMP[am]).
Requirements:(a)Eight copyes of passport size photographs (b) One experience certificate of at least 3 years from a Registered Doctor / M.L.A./ M.P./Sarpanch / Gazetted Officer or the Xerox copy of the Course certificate .(c) Voter identity card xerox copy (d) Cualifications xerox copy.
Fees:Total fees registration are Rs.3200/- The candidate may send Rs.2000/- alongwith the application form and balance amountsi.e. Rs.1200/- should be paid through V.P.L.[at the time of receiving the R.M.P.[AM] . Renewal of this Certificate will not be required.
